FragrantSouq.com adheres to UAE regulations and does not engage in transactions or deliver to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Delivery Costs

UAE: Free shipping for all orders; COD is not available.
International: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and volume of the order during checkout. We use carriers like Aramex, DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery Time

UAE: Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days.
International: Orders take approximately 7–15 working days depending on the region.
Overseas Warehouse: Products shipped from our overseas warehouse may take 7–15 working days.

Business Days and Holidays

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day; otherwise, they are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Most orders ship within 1 business day after placement.

Customs and VAT Information

Customs, VAT, import fees, and any taxes are borne by the recipient. Customs charges vary by country. Contact your local customs office for specific details.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for UAE orders within 7 days of receipt.
A restocking fee of 30 AED applies for returns and exchanges.

Guidelines for Returns:

Items must be in original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
Used, damaged, or altered items may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–15 business days.

Additional Information

Some international deliveries may require collection from a local post office due to customs regulations.
